“ Went to Liberty on Saturday 10th May 2025 for a friends birthday brunch at the 3pm slot. I never managed to catch the name of the long blonde haired waitress in the sparkly top and black pants, but she was amazing. She was so lovely, so caring, so attentive. I felt so looked after on my brunch at Liberty particularly by this girl who checked on me throughout the entire brunch. I hope she gets the credit she deserves from Liberty, she’s seriously an asset to your team! All the other waitresses and waiters were fabulous as well, never stopped for a minute! Thanks to the staff on the brunch at 3pm, you were all amazing. ”
